How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of ObtainDirect (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

The product's quality and the overall feel and functionality is amazing. The product seems fully genuine. The only thing is the price, it is slightly higher, but the quality is overshadowing the price.
I needed something to help me sit long stints at my wooden desk chair, so after reading some reviews, I decided on this seat. The lower back and hips were killing me after an hour or so sitting on that hateful wooden chair. When I first got the seat, it felt cheap in my hands, but after sitting down on it, I was instantly happy with my purchase. It feels light, but it actually has a lot of support and it doesn't lose its shape. After using it for 6 weeks, it has just as much support as the first day. I also now use it to sit in bed and read, which actually saves on the lower back too. All around I'm very happy with my purchase.
For seven months now I have had piriformis syndrome with the resulting sciatica. It is worse when I sit a lot, especially while driving and sitting at work all day. Can't stop driving or working! Over the months I have tried various stretches, various cushions, various everything. The only thing that stopped the pain and tightness was a week's course of steroids. That is, until I got this cushion. I have been using the cushion for a couple of days now, at work and in the car, and my piriformis syndrome symptoms are completely gone. Enough said.
I've had this product for only one day and it has been a butt saver. I am currently taking online classes and find myself sitting still in what I thought was a very comfy chair, but my butt (no pun intended, LOL) would still get numb after about 20 minutes. this is my sulution! Thanks
I ordered this cushion hoping for some relief of a possible hip bursitis. I work from home and sit parked in front of my desk 8-10 hrs a day in a less than stellar office chair. When I received my delivery, I ripped it open within 30 seconds to start using it. My 1st reaction on seeing the cushion was "that's it?" It isn't anything special to look at. I've been using it 2 days now and I'm honestly surprised that I'm not feeling any discomfort at all while I'm sitting! It completely takes the pressure off the joints and nerves in my bottom and legs. The only suggestion I would have for the company is to put a non skid backing on the cushion so one doesn't have to readjust each time they get up and down. I will make do with a rubber shelf liner for now. Great product!
Worth buying... It won't cure the tail bone pain completely but will definitely reduce the symptoms

This cushion is the best cushion I've ever purchased! I recently broke both my legs and need a wheelchair to get around. I bought this cushion for my wheelchair. It is the most comfortable cushion ever! My back doesn't hurt anymore! I take it with me everywhere even when I'm not in my wheelchair it's great to place on any chair. Before my accident I drove a bus for 11 yrs having bought several cushions this one is by far the best. I highly recommend this cushion for anyone!
My wife has had back problem for several years and her RA has been getting worse. Lately sitting for a half hour or more will result in severe discomfort & pain for her. Looking for some remedy to help at least alleviate her discomfort when she has to drive or sit at her desk, I tried this product and I admit, I was skeptical, but seeing her in pain is too much and I was willing to give it a try. To both our surprise, it worked! It's not a cure, but she is now able to sit at her desk or drive her car for longer periods with minimal or no discomfort during or afterwards. I am so impressed that I plan to purchase another so she can keep one in her car at all times and leave the other at home!
Really works.
I bought this for my husband who needs a pad to sit on to avoid pressure sores. This one works great. It is very comfortable. One extra plus is that if it gets soiled you can easily clean it instead of having to throw it away.
Just thought to write a brief review of my experience so far with this cushion. Well, I've had it for about 2 months now and I can't say enough great things about it. It's a BUTT-SAVER!! I've been suffering from recurring pain in my tailbone area for some time now - about a year - it comes and goes but when it comes it's very painful and makes sitting down and getting up very difficult for me -- even on the sofa or a cushioned chair. After looking around and doing a little research I decided to try this one out and I'm so happy and grateful that I did.
Great product. my husband injured his lower back/tailbone area and was in pain whenever he sat down. this pillow works great and doesnt hurt when he sits on it. worth every penny! we have had it about 6 months now and it still works great. also cats love it too for some reason :)
Very convenient thing. Without it, it is impossible to sit so much in one place, and it is necessary to work somehow. The photos are not everyone pay attention, but the back and front part are slightly different in height. And also the edges of the silicone are slightly rounded. It remains to learn how it will change after a time.

This seat cushion is SO GOOD. I have had a lot of problems with pressure on my tailbone and resulting back problems, and they've been getting worse. I will be honest, I have only tried the old-fashioned medical donuts, so I don't have much to compare it to. However, this cushion is nicely thick, and takes all pressure off my tailbone.
I got this for my husband for his truck. He likes the way it feels while he is sitting in it. He can tell a big difference in the pressure on his tail born from riding and sitting for long periods. When he hits a bump it helps the shock from being so ruff. The gel helps the seat be softer and comfortable to set on. It also helps air circulate threw the cushion. When he gets off of it it goes back to the way it was when he put it in the seat. This is worth the price and the feeling of not being sore or stuff in the tail area after riding a long ways.
Tried this for an injured sacrum (the bone around the tailbone) and it made sitting bearable during healing. So comfy my driver seat feels hard without it! Only problem I find is it is not long or wide enough to support your thighs. So the edges of the cushion leave uncomfortable areas on your thigh and buttocks. I am no fat ass by any means, 6'1'' 160 lbs. I know there are folks out there with twice the butt I have!

OMG ... this is fantastic! My sister has had several fainting episodes and always seemed to land on her tailbone. She has also had back surgery to attempt to correct her bulging discs (also from her falls), but that made her worse. She has been unable to sit in any chair comfortably ... until now. This cushion finally gave her the relief she has been searching for. I'm so happy for her, I could cry. Thank you so much for your wonderful product. Highly recommend to anyone with similar pains.
